Heavy Equipment Operator Training

The Construction industry has a huge need for field workers. In Northern Virginia, the industry could hire nearly 3,000 individuals today. HCCA has partnered with serveral community colleges to offer a Heavy Equipment Operator program taught on simulators. Simulator training allows individuals to gather knowledge on equipment operation without safety risk. Students leave the program with a nationally recognized credential through the National Center for Construction Education and Research. Graduates of the Heavy Equipment Operator Program are guaranteed interviews with HCCA member firms.
