John began his career with Alliant in 2012, spending time in New York, Boston, and Newport Beach offices and training in all areas of the Construction Services Group. He now serves as a Surety and Insurance Account Executive. His responsibilities include handling bonding programs for many CM/GC’s and subcontractors, as well as managing the insurance programs for several companies. Additionally, John has a focus on Builder’s Risk and since 2015 and has managed Builder’s Risk programs for companies operating nationally and abroad.

Nick Labbe
Senior Surety Manager

Experience: 17 Years

Nick leads the surety team for Alliant's Construction Services Group in Boston.  He has seventeen years of industry experience having been a Senior Surety Underwriter prior to joining Alliant in 2013.  His responsibilities include managing bonding programs for many of New England’s top general builders, subcontractors and heavy/civil contractors as well as several companies operating on national and international levels including numerous ENR Top 400 clients with complex surety arrangements.  Nick is involved with numerous local surety and construction industry associations and has served on multiple committees.  He is a graduate of Providence College where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and minored in Finance.
