Heavy Construction Contractors Association
HCCA member firms have a long tradition of giving back to their community to improve the quality of life for all in Northern Virginia. The HCCA Community Service project aims to shed light on the positive impacts made by our member firms. Each year, participants in the HCCA Leadership Institute are tasked with leading and completing a community service project for one of the Northern Virginia localities. The project must NOT have allotted funding and must serve the community and the families who live there. The HLI participants reach into the niches of the membership to gather the man power, supplies, and equipment to complete the community service project. In less than ten years, we completed well over $1,000,000 worth of community service and the tradition continues..
