Allison Rosenberg is a Senior Consultant at HUB International in Bethesda, Maryland, where she specializes in retirement plan consulting and financial wellness education. With more than two decades of experience, Allison helps organizations design meaningful retirement programs and empowers employees to make confident, informed financial decisions. She is an investment advisor representative with Global Retirement Partners, LLC, a registered investment advisor.
Allison’s path to financial services was anything but traditional. After earning her degree in Education from Wake Forest University, she began her career as a classroom teacher. Her passion for teaching and curiosity about the world led her to join the Peace Corps, where she spent several years in Paraguay training teachers and developing a deep appreciation for adult learning and cultural connection.
When she returned to the U.S., Allison sought a career that combined her love of teaching, her Spanish language skills, and her desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives. That search led her to the world of retirement education — a field that quickly proved to be a natural fit. Over the years, her work has evolved from helping employees understand their retirement plans to guiding individuals and organizations toward holistic financial wellness strategies.
At HUB International, Allison is known for her approachable, engaging style and her ability to make complex financial topics feel clear, relevant, and actionable. Outside of work, Allison lives in Potomac, Maryland, with her husband, Adam, and their children, Frances and Moses. After spending three years in Indonesia, the family has embraced being back in the U.S., enjoying the outdoors, supporting the kids in their many activities, and appreciating time with family and friends. Their time abroad reinforced the importance of flexibility, curiosity, and connection — values that continue to shape Allison’s approach to both life and work.
